" My passion in life is movement, health and wellbeing and I feel incredibly lucky to do a job that I love. My goal is to provide the highest level of service to people who want to live fit, healthy and pain-free lives. Growing up, I was an avid sports enthusiast, which ignited my curiosity about the human body and how it functions. This led me to pursue a career that focuses on helping others not only in pain but also wanting to improve their quality of life "
- Alex Parford
Alex provides the highest level of service for people looking to create long term change to their health, using his extensive experience and knowledge to help you achieve this.
" At the age of 18, I underwent two lower back surgeries due to rugby-related injuries which led to several years of persistent pain. Despite the challenges, my experience ignited a journey of self-discovery and education as I sought to comprehend my injury and the recovery. I am pleased to share that I have successfully overcome my injury and have resumed participation in the sports and activities I love, including touch rugby, weight training and martial arts. I am also an experienced runner, having completed three marathons and an ultramarathon.
My professional training as a physiotherapist and running coach, combined with my personal experience, inspired me to create my innovative training and rehabilitation process which incorporates insights from some of the world's most prominent minds in health, fitness, and wellbeing. My journey has also instilled in me the empathy, knowledge, and understanding necessary to provide my clients with personalised treatment and exceptional service to help them attain their goals. If you are seeking an expert to assist you in a personalised, step-by-step approach to recover from your injury or improve your health and fitness, I would be honoured to collaborate with you. "
